This person is responsible for performing both legal and compliance duties as further contained below.
Legal:

Your responsibilitiesIn summary, you'll:
- Participate in detailed compliance assessments, reviews, and audits to verify alignment with internal and external standards.
- Analyse data to identify risk areas and contribute to developing solutions to enhance compliance.
- Help craft and roll out educational and awareness programmes to embed compliance across the company.
- Be involved in inquiries into policy discrepancies, ensuring thorough, confidential information handling and ethical & financial investigations.
- Keep meticulous records of compliance processes, contributing to a culture of transparency and continuous improvement.
- Work collaboratively with various teams in different markets to fortify our compliance structure and implement preventive strategies.
- Proven background in compliance, auditing, or a related function within a professional setting, experience with audit firms is preferred.
- Knowledgeable about compliance procedures, regulations, and best practises.
- Analytical and methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication abilities and adept at managing sensitive information.
- Organised, with a proclivity for handling multiple tasks effectively and prioritising efficiently.
- Commitment to integrity, displaying high ethical standards in every undertaking.
