- Audit internal processes to ensure legal compliance in daily operations
- Draft and update internal compliance manuals, policies, SOPs, and legal disclaimers
- Coordinate with external legal consultants/law firms where needed
- Vet every new landlord/property agreement/documents for potential legal issues
- Monitor guest-related incidents or escalations and advise on response strategies
- Review and approve legal statements used in reservation T&Cs, website disclaimers, invoices, guest policies, etc.
- Assist in handling legal warnings, complaints, or disputes from landlords, guests, or government entities
- Maintain a centralized repository of all legal documents
- Track agreement expiry dates, renewal terms, and notice periods
- Ensure Arabic translation of legal documents (as required by authorities)
- Support licensing, renewal, and regulatory submissions
- Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); UAE law focus preferred
- Member of a recognized legal body in UAE or home country is a plus
- 3–6 years in a Legal or Compliance role, preferably in UAE-based companies
- Experience in real estate, hospitality, or facility management is highly preferred
- Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent legal writing and contract drafting skills
- Strong knowledge of UAE civil, commercial, labour, and real estate law
- Ability to review, interpret, and explain legal documents to non-legal teams
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills
