The role involves daily site supervision, coordination of operational activities from mobilization to demobilization, and accurate documentation of all site-related activities in the Resource Management System. The Site Supervisor will play a key role in resource management, team coordination, and performance monitoring across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities Project Operations & Delivery- Lead day-to-day site activities across assigned projects from handover to closeout, ensuring compliance with method statements, contractual obligations, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate all phases of site operations, including mobilization, procurement, installation, commissioning, monitoring, and demobilization.
- Review project documents upon handover and report any discrepancies or risks to the Line Manager prior to execution.
- Supervise site teams to ensure work progress, productivity, and quality targets are consistently met.
- Maintain updated and accurate records for each project site.

- Diploma or certification in Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in a supervisory role within the construction or dewatering industry.

- Strong understanding of groundwater control techniques is an advantage.
