Job Description
The Trainer I is responsible for delivering client focused training to address the new hire, product update and recursive training requirement of Concentrix in support of client programs to ensure superior workforce preparation with best in class service and delivery. This position requires attaining and maintaining certification in the Trainer Certification Program (101/102), provides mentoring to Program Ready Trainers, curriculum review and modification as needed, and evaluation of training programs using various feedback methods.
**Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities**
+ Responsible for day-to-day functional direction of agents within the program training classroom environment, including student progress monitoring for the duration of training, providing coaching and developmental feedback and readiness recommendations
+ Utilize effective presentation and facilitation skills including creative training techniques and adult/accelerated learning techniques using a variety of training delivery modalities in a classroom environment
+ Prepare and present training materials through classroom learning, hands on demonstrations, and supporting activities
+ Accountable for achieving individual training performance metrics
+ Support and partner with Operations to transition of agents from training to production environment, ensuring competency levels meet business needs (where required)
+ Maintain relevant product knowledge for each account by taking calls, attending client and cross functional meetings (as needed), and side by side observations
+ Ensure effective, consistent communication with managers, peers, and other resource groups, including day-to-day informal interaction with clients
+ May support Instructional Design team in designing and developing training materials for various instructional delivery methods including; computer-based training, interactive, classroom training, and written job aids
+ Measure the effectiveness of training programs using various feedback methods - focus groups, interviews, and surveys that will lead to enhancement of training resources and programs based on results of evaluation
+ Recommend curriculum modifications to Training Manager/Supervisor on the basis of internal customer feedback and/or Training Needs Analysis
+ Participate and contribute to continuous learning culture by maintaining engagement on change management, product and services releases, policies, processes, and procedures
**Candidate Profile**
+ Bachelor's Degree in related field from a four-year college or university with two to four years of relevant experience preferred
+ A bilingual English (B2+ level) and native Arabic speaker.
+ Proven experience in training methodologies, and soft skills (communication skills, critical thinking, time management, team building, etc.)
+ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office
+ Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverable
+ Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure
+ Strong attention to detail
+ Sense of professionalism and ability to develop good relationships

**Job Description**
AECOM are currently seeking experienced BIM Lead - Public Health, to be based in our Dubai and Abu Dhabi offices. The BIM Lead will work as part of the wider Building Engineering practice and support the Mechanical engineering team by leading plans and developing the discipline BIM execution including Model and Drawing production in accordance with BIM Execution Plan and BIM standards compliance, project specifications and established practices.

**Purpose and Scope:**
The Contractor shall provide OM&R support for all generators, automatic transfer switched (ATS), synchronization gears and light carts, refueling support services to enable refueling of all operational generators on an ongoing basis. The Contractor shall provide inspections, maintenance as required. In addition, the Contractor shall perform facility management and maintenance and repair for fuel systems supporting facility stationery and emergency back-up generators.
**Essential Responsibilities:**
The Contractor shall use all USG provided generators, transformers, switchgears, fuel tanks, cabling and any other equipment needed to support the government's requests of spot generators providing prime power for mission requirements. Additionally, in order to minimize mission impact due to power outages caused by routine maintenance or unexpected equipment failure, the Contractor shall utilize USG provided back-up generators to meet the performance objectives of providing reliable and continuous prime power support and no scheduled power outages longer than one (1) hour.
The Contractor shall:
Install, remove, and operate electrical power generating and control systems, automatic or manual transfer switches and associated equipment with proper technical skills.
Check equipment for serviceability; position equipment such as gasoline and diesel engines, generators, switchgear, air compressors, and other power generating auxiliary equipment.
Check installed equipment to ensure compliance with publications, policies, and directives.
Inspect, test, and service component systems such as safety, fuel, lubrication, cooling, and air pressure, pumps, regulators, governors, and accessory equipment.
Observe and interpret instruments such as ammeters, voltmeters, frequency meters, synchro scopes, automatic temperature and pressure recorders, and engine oil, fuel, and coolant gauges.
Adjust engine generator systems to maintain proper voltage, current, frequency, and synchronization; synchronize multiple generators when needed.
The Contractor shall operate medium and low voltage generators as required. Operations of the electric generators include start-up, transfer of load, generation, and shutdown of all associated electric power equipment. Operations responsibilities include monitoring and adjusting generator and electrical output performance as required; ensuring adequate stores of fuel are available for continuous operation of the plants; switching operating generators to maintain electrical output while permitting servicing on generators taken off line. Duties include observation of key and critical operational parameters and taking appropriate measures in the event of out-of-tolerance conditions. For locations where generators are providing prime power, performance of these duties must be on a 24-hour a day, 7-day week shift schedule, if continuous power is required. The Contractor shall use technical orders, where applicable, and employ good commercial practices in all generator operations, including use of AFMAN , applicable UFCs, manufacturer instructions, industry standards, and environmental/occupational safety requirements.
Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
**Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent training/experience and a valid driver's license
+ Minimum of five (5) years' experience in the electrical power generation field
+ Ability to manage resources and activities devoted to installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of electrical power generating and control systems
+ Must have knowledge of: Principles of electronics and electricity, including generation, conversion, transformation, distribution, and utilization; types, capacity, and purpose of low voltage circuits, circuit breakers, switches (automatic/manual type), fuses, regulators, relays, instruments, and meters associated with electric generation and distribution; interpreting instrument and meter readings; wiring diagrams, schematics, drawings and technical publications; techniques of operating and maintaining internal combustion engines, generators, generating plants, distribution panels, and accessory equipment; use and purpose of test equipment; safety rules and practices; grounding practices, environmental policies; principles of management; and operation and repair of electrical power production systems
+ Must be power production journeyman or master technicians
+ Experience with operating and maintaining generators ranging from 5 to 4,300 kilowatts desired
+ Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization. Note: US Citizenship is required for facility credentials/authorization at this work location.
**Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands:**
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or fee; and talk or hear. **Job Description**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing and controlling costs throughout the construction project lifecycle, from initial estimates to final accounts.
+ Prepare detailed cost estimates at various project stages, including concept, scheme, and detailed design
+ Produce and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for tender purposes
+ Oversee the tender process, analyze bid returns, and prepare recommendations for clients
+ Manage and monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flows to ensure compliance with company and client protocols
+ Assess and value progress payments and change requests
+ Review and compare scopes of work, production rates, and cost data
+ Prepare, review, and update project cash flows
+ Evaluate and negotiate variations and change orders in collaboration with the project team
+ Conduct final account settlements and negotiations
+ Assist in benchmarking, data collection, and internal financial reporting
+ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cost-effective project delivery
+ Stay updated on local construction regulations and practices in the UAE
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution
+ Minimum of 8 years of post-graduation experience in quantity surveying, preferably in the UAE or Middle East region
+ Working towards or holding MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) accreditation is preferred
+ Proficient knowledge of industry-recognized contract forms, particularly FIDIC
+ Experience with standard methods of measurement, including POMI and NRM
+ Strong skills in cost estimating software, particularly CostX
+ Excellent mathematical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially advanced Excel skills
+ Outstanding communication and negotiation skills in English, both verbal and written
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
+ Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
+ Knowledge of UAE construction regulations and practices
+ Eligibility to work in the UAE (valid work visa or residency may be required)

The Security Escort Program acts as an integrated member of the unit providing operations continuity during rotation of personnel for OCN/LN personnel. Under general oversight and guidance from the Site Manager (SM) and Assistant Site Manager (ASM) the Escort shall provide observation services located at assigned locations to augment the unit's Security Monitor program. Shall work as an integrated member of the unit and provide operations continuity during rotation of personnel. The Escort uses experience and problem-solving skills to develop and improve processes, resolve conflicts, and ensure mission success.
This position is contingent based on contract award.
This position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company.
Responsibilities
Major Job Activities:
+ Escorts un-cleared personnel into areas and monitors personnel while performing work.
+ Logs in and out all Local National (LN) /Other Country National (OCN) contractors and counts personnel before and after they perform duties; notifies appropriate personnel of how many people and vehicles are being escorted.
+ Monitors LN/OCN work until it is completed for the day and the work zone has been purged by trained Force Protection military personnel and all LNs/OCNs have exited base and/or returned to camps.
+ Ensures LN/OCNs do not bring onto the base any prohibited or contraband (i.e., weapons, drugs, etc.).
+ Ensures all local base escorting policies are followed by LN/OCNs workforce.
+ Consistently deescalate issues through communication in a professional and prompt manner.
Material & Equipment Directly Used:
+ Use of Land Mobile Radios, cell phones, laptop, and other devices to maintain contact and accountability of work activities.
+ The ability to drive company provided vehicles on and off base.
Physical Activities:
+ Physical requirements include lifting up to 35lb, team lifting up to 50lbs, climbing, extended sitting, or standing, stooping, stretching, and bending.
+ Work may require using and wearing personal protective equipment such as, hearing and eye protection.
+ Day-to-day physical requirements may involve standard office activities including sitting/standing for extended periods of time. attending meetings, use of keyboard and mouse repetitively, lifting and carrying less than 20 lbs. frequently, etc.
+ Work requires moderate physical exertion including walking to operating areas and walking up stairs.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
+ US Citizen.
+ High School Diploma or equivalent.
+ US Passport with minimum one plus year validity remaining.
+ Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
+ Must hold an active DoD secret clearance or be able to obtain this clearance prior to deployment and must maintain such clearance for the duration of employment in this role.
+ Must be capable of meeting/maintaining deployment medical and dental requirements.
+ Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
+ Must have effective communication skills (written/verbal) with exceptional problem resolution abilities.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As a Land Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in collecting and analyzing data to map land shapes for various civil engineering and construction projects.
+ Conduct site surveys of control points and levels for a range of structures and construction elements
+ Perform initial surveys and environmental impact assessments on potential sites to evaluate the feasibility of construction plans

**Job Summary**
The Senior Project Surveyor (SPS) will lead key elements of the site-based post contract delivery based on site or clients' offices in Abu Dhabi. The candidate will be expected to work well as part of a team and autonomously and know when to reach back to the office / line manager for additional support.
