What's the Role?

We’re seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead major construction projects across Abu Dhabi and Dubai. You’ll work closely with our engineering, sales, and project management teams to maximize project success, ensure profitability, and deliver long-term value for our clients.

This role is 70% field-based, providing hands-on exposure to project execution while coordinating behind the scenes.

What does the role involve?

The role focuses on maximizing the share of wallet of large projects, collaborating with engineering and sales teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Build and lead a capture team to maximize topline and meet profitability standards (P&L) on an assigned project portfolio.
  • Manage projects end-to-end, from acquisition to execution.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure project compliance with local Hilti rules and guidelines.
Project Management
  • Create plans, set objectives, plan resources, and orchestrate project teams from early stages.
  • Hold regular meetings with relevant stakeholders from design to execution.
  • Arrange periodic internal meetings (capture team meetings) to review targets, milestones, risks, and performance.
  • Provide regular updates to the Sales VP on project progress.
Teamwork and Development
  • Establish excellent working relationships across all relevant Hilti functions.
  • Assign responsibilities, allocate resources, and oversee task execution across project phases.
  • Clarify roles across Engineering, Fulfillment, Sales, and Project Management.
  • Drive accountability by setting expectations and following up on deliverables.
  • Coach and support team members, providing technical and operational guidance.
  • Share best practices, facilitate knowledge transfer, and maintain strong communication for successful project delivery.
What you need is:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Structural Engineering.
  • 6–8 years of project management experience in construction or Oil & Gas sectors, including data center projects.
  • Solid knowledge of contract management, including negotiation, compliance, and risk mitigation.
  • Strong strategic planning and prioritization skills in complex environments.
  • High self-motivation and energy, with a passion for project success.

Site Construction Supervisor

The Site Construction Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the allocation, movement and supervision of plant, equipment, material, labour and operatives.


Key responsibilities include ensuring work gets executed as per tasks given by engineers, reviewing quality of work and progress, ensuring safe working conditions, and monitoring materials to avoid delays in projects. The supervisor also allocates work to labour, ensures all daily tasks are properly executed, and directs construction in accordance with daily programs.


In addition, the Site Construction Supervisor ensures health and safety of the site and workers, maintains required housekeeping to enable efficient working, checks and controls the quality of ongoing and completed works, and plans and prepares material/equipment arrangement for the following days to enable efficient working.


The supervisor must be able to allocate plant, material and labour as per productivity norms for optimal utilization, distribute work between labours to optimize output, and monitor resources productivity issues. They must also assist in forecasting requirements of Labour, Material & Plant/Machinery, be aware of the content of Tool box talks, and correct them where required. Furthermore, they must mentor, teach and develop labour for skill improvement, and comply with all applicable Management Systems (Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental).


Qualifications required include equivalent completion of twelfth grade or Diploma in Civil Engineering. Additionally, a minimum of 7 to 10 years of related experience, preferably on high rise building, five star hotels and hospitals, is necessary. Knowledge of Formwork(construction), Perry form work material, Construction Safety procedures and practices, Carpentry work productivity norms, and ability to read drawings and specs is also required. Good communication skills – both verbal and written - is an essential requirement.
