What does the role involve?The role aims to maximize the share of wallet of large projects, working together with engineering and sales force.
Responsibilities- Build and lead capture team to maximize topline and meeting profitability standards (P&L) on an assigned project portfolio.
- Responsible for project management with an end to end approach, from acquisition to orders' execution.
- Responsible for managing internal and external stakeholders.
- Responsible for project compliance with local Hilti rules and guidelines.
- Create a plan, set objectives and must win battles, plan resources and orchestrate project team starting from early stages of the projects.
- Regular meetings with relevant stakeholder from design stage to execution.
- Arrange periodic internal meetings (capture team meetings) with the Hilti team ensuring targets achievement, review milestones, risks, and performance.
- Provide regular updates towards Sales VP on progress on the targeted projects.
- Establish excellent working relationships with all relevant Hilti functions from Project Management Office to Fulfillment, Engineering and Sales.
- As Project Manager, you will assign team responsibilities, allocate resources, and oversee task execution throughout all project phases.
- Ensure clarity on individual roles across Engineering, Fulfillment, Sales, and the Project Management Office.
- Drive accountability across functions by setting clear expectations and following up on deliverables.
- Actively coach and support indirect team members, providing technical and operational guidance.
- Share best practices, support knowledge transfer, and maintain strong communication to align all functions toward successful project delivery.

What you need is- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Structural Engineering
- 6-8 years of experience in project management within the construction or Oil & Gas sectors, including exposure to data center construction projects
- Solid knowledge of contract management, including negotiation, compliance, and risk mitigation
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to plan and prioritize in complex environments
- High self-motivation and energy, with a passion for driving project success
- Results-driven mindset, with a focus on delivering outcomes on time and within budget
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Proven ability in stakeholder management, relationship building, and contract negotiation
