We’re seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead major construction projects across Abu Dhabi and Dubai. You’ll work closely with our engineering, sales, and project management teams to maximize project success, ensure profitability, and deliver long-term value for our clients.
This role is 70% field-based, giving you hands-on exposure to project execution while driving coordination behind the scenes.
What does the role involve?The role aims to maximize the share of wallet of large projects, working together with engineering and sales force.
Main Responsibilities:- Build and lead capture team to maximize topline and meeting profitability standards (P&L) on an assigned project portfolio.
- Responsible for project management with an end-to-end approach, from acquisition to order execution.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure project compliance with local Hilti rules and guidelines.
- Create a plan, set objectives, and organize resources to achieve project milestones from early stages.
- Hold regular meetings with relevant stakeholders from design to execution.
- Arrange periodic internal meetings (capture team meetings) to review targets, milestones, risks, and performance.
- Provide regular updates to Sales VP on project progress.
- Establish strong working relationships with all relevant Hilti functions.
- Assign team responsibilities, allocate resources, and oversee task execution across all project phases.
- Clarify roles across Engineering, Fulfillment, Sales, and Project Management Office.
- Drive accountability by setting expectations and following up on deliverables.
- Coach and support team members, providing technical and operational guidance.
- Share best practices, support knowledge transfer, and maintain strong communication for successful project delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Structural Engineering
- 6–8 years of project management experience in construction or Oil & Gas sectors, including data center projects
- Solid knowledge of contract management, negotiation, compliance, and risk mitigation
