Your Impact As a Creative Design Specialist, your role is pivotal in shaping the visual identity of Deliverect. You will support our Design Manager and the team in driving our brand forward through innovative design and impactful visual storytelling. Your contributions will directly influence our trajectory as you bring tangible design to our marketing and web design initiatives.
A Typical Day
- Design Knowledge &
- Create and produce compelling graphics that align with brand guidelines, including one-pagers, ads, email banners, and Google Slides.
- Conceptualize and develop innovative visual assets for campaigns, ensuring creativity and consistency.
- Support brand and product design projects, delivering high-quality and impactful results.
- Develop both static and video assets for diverse marketing channels.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, incorporating fresh ideas and creativity into design projects.
- Marketing Asset & Brand Management
- Manage and organize marketing assets, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Assist in maintaining and expanding design libraries.

- Cross-Functional Support

- 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field is highly desired.
- Certifications in relevant software or design principles are a plus.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Basic knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus.
- Experience with Figma.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective internal and external interactions.
