- Carry out Customer Due Diligence (CDD) on existing customers, new-to-bank customers, from both Safe Watch and investment perspectives.

- Assist with PEP onboarding, reviews, and annual form updates.
- Support RBWM units with OWC clearance processes.
- Assist the High Risk Account Opening Team with operational, control, audit, and compliance actions.
- Complete QA activities for KYC remediation and ongoing BAU cases.
- Analyze customer risks through due diligence.
- Support audit efforts to ensure satisfactory ratings for HRA activities.
- Implement corrective actions to meet business objectives.
- Attend mandatory annual training and maintain updated knowledge.
- Graduate with knowledge of banking, local regulations, and current developments.
- Minimum 3 years in banking, with experience in operations and compliance.
- At least 2 years in a relevant compliance or operational role.

Key Responsibilities:- Assist with the development and maintenance of client websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Collaborate with our design team to implement website designs and layouts.
- Troubleshoot and fix website issues and bugs.
- Conduct website testing and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
- Assist with website optimization for improved performance and user experience.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and offer creative ideas for website improvements.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in web development to contribute to the team's knowledge and skills.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of web development frameworks such as Bootstrap, jQuery, or AngularJS is a plus.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Drupal.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Passion for web development and eagerness to learn and improve skills.
