- Work closely with clients to understand their data challenges and provide tailored consulting solutions.
- Conduct workshops training sessions and presentations to educate clients on data governance best practices.
- Lead client engagements manage stakeholder expectations and deliver highquality consulting services.
- Project Management:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring they are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
- Lead and coordinate with internal teams to ensure project deliverables.
- Monitor project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
- Thought Leadership:
- Stay abreast of industry trends emerging technologies upcoming regional and global data regulations and best practices in data management and governance.
- Lead and mentor team of consultants and analysts and effectively enable them to grow.
- Education:
- Bachelors degree in computer science information systems or any data related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in data management data governance or related roles.
- Proven track record of successfully leading data strategy and governance projects for large organizations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of DAMA or NDMO.
- Experience in consulting and client management is highly desirable.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of data governance principles frameworks and tools.
- Proficiency in data management and analytics platforms (e.g. SQL Python Tableau Power BI).
- Excellent bilingual verbal/written communication skills (Arabic and English).
- Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Certifications in data governance (e.g. DAMA CIMP).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud) and big data technologies.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g. GDPR CCPA KSA Personal Data Protection Law) and their impact on data governance.
