We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence projects.
Role Responsibilities :
- Understand business requirements and project scope.
- Define project scope, estimate resources and timelines, set goals, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Ensure the team is thoroughly trained on applications and technologies.
- Oversee project implementation and regularly evaluate progress.
- Document all project information appropriately.
- Track deliverables; monitor and report project progress to clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure execution quality based on set benchmarks.
- Manage team and client issues, escalations, and impediments to effective closure.
- Implement and manage changes as necessary to meet project goals.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with process and product quality parameters.
- Maintain project margins and profitability, ensuring no revenue leakage.
- Manage people, clients, and stakeholders effectively.
- Act as a mentor for technical solutions when required.
- Provide expertise and leadership in Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence domains.
Qualifications :
- 10-15 years of experience with 5-8 years in project management.
- Over 5 years of hands-on experience managing and leading data warehouse projects, preferably in banking.
- Experience managing support projects in data is a plus.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, team members, and other departments.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in data warehousing.
- Excellent conflict resolution skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
- Effective prioritization and execution skills in high-pressure environments.
- Experience with Tier I BI tools; PowerBI experience is a plus.
- Any graduate degree.
- PMI/PMP or Prince2 certification is advantageous.

Your Role
- Take charge of project-wide data integrity across Aconex or other EDMS platforms
- Design and implement smart workflows and processes for smooth data flow
- Develop live Power BI dashboards to track submittals, inspections, NCRs, and more
- Extract, clean, and analyze data for performance trends and management insights
- Train and guide subcontractors and internal teams on proper data input and usage
- Ensure accurate, standardized data attributes across all systems
- Support internal QA/QC teams with custom reports and real-time metrics
- Maintain robust data logs and registers across all key project areas
What We’re Looking For
- Graduate with at least 3 years’ experience in data management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of EDMS platforms (Aconex preferred)
- Proven skills in Power BI and Microsoft Office
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Experience working in construction, engineering, or infrastructure projects is a plus

Support internal audit process through required documentation and analysis as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 6+ years experience in Master Data Management (MDM), Data Governance, and Data Quality domains and MDM tools.
- Strong SAP skills, Looker and/or other BI reporting tools.
- Advanced Excel is a must, along with being comfortable with large data.
- Education: Engineering or Business Master s degree.
- Previous experience in Retail or FMCG companies; Cosmetic market knowledge is a plus.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Team spirit, agility, adaptability, and tolerance to pressure.
