Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • Proven track record of success in leading technology consulting engagements for ENR clients, delivering tangible business value and driving digital transformation initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of the technology landscape in the ENR sector, including industry-specific challenges, opportunities, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving results in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives and decision-makers.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of developing and executing technology strategies that align with business goals and drive measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate strategic planning processes and timelines, including market analysis and executive-level support.
  • Develop measurable goals and a strategic scorecard aligned with long-term objectives.
  • Track and communicate strategy progress, ensuring alignment across key stakeholders.
  • Assist senior leaders in building formal business plans that support corporate strategy.

  • Create a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with broader corporate goals.

  • Support local marketing teams with product knowledge, competitive analysis, and campaign optimization.
  • Recruit and mentor high-performing marketing professionals.
  • Promote strong engagement and succession planning to ensure long-term team development.
  • Partner with Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Supply Chain, IT, and country-level teams to address operational risks.
