**Key Responsibilities:**
- Own the full boutique P&L including sales targets budget planning and cost control

- Lead a team of sales advisors supervisors and support staff with clarity and consistency
- Implement brand directives on visual merchandising store layout and seasonal presentations
- Analyze sales data client behavior and team performance to inform decision-making
- Ensure compliance with internal SOPs safety standards and loss prevention practices
- Act as the key point of contact for internal departments including marketing and training
- Represent the boutique in management meetings contributing operational insights and team feedback
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement staff development and customer excellence
**Ideal Candidate Profile:**
- Minimum 7 years of experience in retail management ideally with 3 years in a luxury flagship environment
- Demonstrated success in managing boutique teams clienteling strategies and luxury sales growth
- Deep understanding of premium customer behaviors retail trends and experiential retailing
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills; able to inspire coach and challenge teams
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or French is a plus

Your Main Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet customers, offer assistance promptly, and serve them to ensure their needs are met in compliance with quality and customer service standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging in up-selling, cross-selling, suggesting alternatives, and promptly following up on customers' requests.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient receiving process for items/shipments, maintaining accurate stock keeping to prevent security risks and thefts. Conduct physical and electronic inventory as needed, promptly report broken alarms, incidents, and suspicious activities.
