- Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement to enhance digital products.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP) are desirable.
- Proven experience of 5+ years in project management, preferably within the banking or financial services industry, with a focus on digital products and services.
- Strong understanding of digital product development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and project management tools.
- Familiarity with emerging digital technologies, user experience (UX) principles, and digital marketing concepts.
