Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Functional Consultant with 6-7 years of experience to join our digital transformation team. The Functional Consultant will play a crucial role in solutioning and implementing a smart parks solutions using cutting-edge technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, designing functional solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of various digital components, including consumer-facing websites and apps, content and ticket management systems, kiosks, POS machines, and more.
Key Responsibilities
Requirement Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Conduct detailed analysis to understand the needs and objectives of the park transformation project.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for digital solutions.
- Design functional solutions that align with the project goals and stakeholder requirements.
- Develop process flow diagrams, use cases, and user stories to illustrate solution functionalities.
- Ensure that the design integrates seamlessly with existing systems and infrastructure.
- Work closely with technical teams to oversee the implementation of functional solutions.

- Create functional requirements for parking management solutions, including barrier gates control, capacity management, and order management.
- Develop processes for venue booking, show booking, chalet booking, merchandise sales, event promotion, marketing campaigns, and B2B sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst, preferably in the digital transformation, smart city, or tourism sectors.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies and their application in creating smart environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical requirements.
