KEY RESONSIBILITIES
Discovery & Research
• Engage with department heads (housekeeping, maintenance, customer service, reservations, etc.) to identify pain points and improvement opportunities
• Document operational workflows and analyze process inefficiencies
• Research emerging tools, technologies, and digital strategies relevant to our industry
Solution Design
• Translate business challenges into clear digital requirements, user stories, and process maps
• Define project scopes, solution architecture (in collaboration with IT/developers), and automation opportunities

Project Planning & Management
• Build timelines, allocate resources, and define milestones for digital initiatives

Implementation & Rollout

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
• 4+ years in digital transformation, process improvement, or business systems implementation

• Strong understanding of process design, automation, and system integration
• Experience working with or around software like PMS systems, Guesty, Zapier/Make, task schedulers, or CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot, etc.

Role Summary:
The Digital Transformation Leader requires IT experience and will be responsible for the implementation strategy, supervision, and delivery of the systems implementation at the Oil and Gas Division and Projects level. This includes 3D modelling and smart plant software implementation, materials handling and fabrication applications, as well as skills in current IT technologies, engineering and procurement systems software, data management and migration, and operations management for the Oil & Gas EPC and EPCM projects.
The Digital Transformation Leader will report to the Project Manager & Project Engineering Manager.
- Digital Transformation Strategy framework study, analysis, and agreement with stakeholders.
- Execution of agreed strategy at Division and Project levels supported by the Smart Plant Administrators.

Key Responsibilities include leading commercial negotiations for complex high-value contracts establishing innovative commercial models building long-term strategic supplier partnerships designing and overseeing supplier governance frameworks ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and proactively managing risk across critical vendor relationships collaborating with executive stakeholders across IT Operations and Engineering ensuring sourcing strategies align with business planning infrastructure needs and long-term growth objectives shaping category team capability through mentorship and digital enablement driving maturity analytics adoption and performance-led procurement delivery.
Requirements include Bachelor s degree in engineering Information Technology or Supply Chain Management Master s degree or MBA preferred Professional certification such as CIPS MCIPS/FCIPS highly desirable Minimum 7-10 years relevant experience in procurement or strategic sourcing with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing technology and/or operational categories in complex or regulated environments demonstrated expertise in leading commercial negotiations building supplier partnerships and integrating procurement strategy into enterprise transformation initiatives strong leadership skills with a track record of developing teams driving digital adoption and influencing senior stakeholders across cross-functional domains.
