THE OPPORTUNITY:

Title: Director of Technology (Leader of Engineering MENAT)

Permanent role 100 remote (willing to travel)

Primary purpose of the role:

We are seeking a visionary AI/ML leader with deep technical expertise and proven experience in building and scaling intelligent document processing solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning OCR engines and large language models (LLMs) along with handson Python development skills.

This role will be instrumental in driving innovation across AIpowered document understanding and automation initiatives. You will lead the design development and deployment of advanced systems that integrate OCR pipelines with LLMs to extract classify and contextualize data from unstructured sources.

The role requires endtoend involvementfrom highlevel system architecture and solution strategy to detailed model development optimization and implementation. Candidates should be passionate about AI and capable of translating business requirements into scalable MLdriven systems.

Your role in our mission:

  • Provides technical and strategic leadership across AI/ML programs focused on intelligent document processing OCR and LLMbased solutions. Accountable for operational and financial performance across multiple AI initiatives or a significant subfunction.
