Poste et missions

Un Directeur Exécutif en Infra & Energy est responsable du développement des activités de Natixis au Moyen-Orient dans les domaines suivants :

Originer et gérer l'exécution de transactions de financement de projets en tant que Mandated Lead Arranger et Underwriter (ou Co-Mandated Lead Arranger et Underwriter) et/ou Conseiller Financier dans des secteurs clés (Power & Renewables ; Transition Énergétique & Ressources Naturelles ; Télécom et Transports & Social) dans la zone géographique couverte par l'équipe INFA à Dubaï pour le Moyen-Orient, l'Afrique du Nord, la Turquie, ainsi que le Caucase et l'Asie Centrale.

Gérer les négociations des documents financiers (term sheets, lettres de mandat et d'engagement, accords de crédit et autres) pour le compte des sponsors lors des mandats de conseil et en tant que prêteur principal jusqu'à la clôture financière ;

Gérer les négociations des documents commerciaux pour le compte des sponsors dans le cadre des mandats de conseil (contrats d'achat, EPC, O&M, etc.) et en tant que prêteur principal ;

Gérer l'ensemble du processus de diligence interne pour les mandats de prêt ;

Marketing / négociation des mandats de rôles seniors et exécution principale de ces mandats ;

Gestion quotidienne des transactions avec les clients de la banque et, le cas échéant, supervision minimale du Directeur de l'IEF MENAT CCA ;

Assister et superviser le personnel junior dans leurs livrables ;

Coordonner, former et superviser le personnel junior pour développer des capacités de modélisation financière de premier ordre, ainsi que des compétences en structuration, négociation et crédit ;

Marketing et sourcing d'opportunités de dette structurée et de conseil ;

Maintenir une connaissance à jour des développements en financement de projets, des transactions en cours, des tendances régionales (structures, tarifications, banques) et des opportunités de marché, notamment via l'organisation de réunions et appels avec clients, banques et conseillers ;

Gérer la préparation des Ficoms, Bizcoms, demandes de crédit, mémorandums d'information, mémorandums d'offre et autres présentations pour soutenir les mandats de conseil et les processus de crédit internes ;

Gérer les processus de crédit internes liés aux mandats, y compris la coordination et la présentation au comité de crédit et à la haute direction ;
