Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of the OCR project—from planning and vendor selection to deployment and post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, compliance teams, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
- Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and KPIs; monitor progress and manage risks.
- Oversee the training and fine-tuning of AI models for document classification, data extraction, and validation.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards in all OCR-related processes.
- Drive user adoption through training, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
