We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Retail Merchandising Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, optimizing product offerings, and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Market and Product Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and market trends through frequent store visits and analyses of sales performance and customer feedback.
- Business Analysis and Planning: Conduct detailed analyses to identify opportunities and risks, and work with cross-functional teams to develop action plans and drive business results.

- 5-7 years of Retail Merchandising/Buying experience in retail.
