We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Real Estate Sales Representative to join our team in Dubai. This individual will work at our showroom, serving as the primary point of contact for potential property buyers, especially walk-in clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for walk-in customers at the showroom interested in property investments.
- Promote and pitch real estate projects to prospective clients, focusing on investment value and lifestyle appeal.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify existing clients as property leads.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate projects, pricing, payment plans, and legal formalities.
- Coordinate with marketing and real estate teams to execute in-showroom promotions and campaigns.
- Manage the entire customer journey from lead generation to sales closure, ensuring a high-conversion sales pipeline.
- Update CRM systems with lead activity, customer information, and follow-up status.
- Attend real estate exhibitions, client meetings, and other events to promote properties and enhance lead generation.
- Ensure compliance with RERA guidelines and internal sales protocols.

Key Requirements:

- Prior experience in a showroom-based or hybrid sales environment (e.g., auto + real estate) is a significant advantage.
