In This Role, You Will:
- Optimise manpower and ground equipment for Emirates operations, ensuring effective coverage during peak periods, irregular operations (IROPS) and special events. Contributes to the creation of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key performance indicators (KPIs), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process, systems and tools enhancements to improve service delivery.
- Guide Airside Shift Managers through clear expectations, performance reviews and coaching. Oversees succession planning and continuous team development to enhance long-term capability and operational resilience.
- Drive a proactive safety-first approach, ensuring operational excellence through structured debriefings and targeted feedback. Encourages continuous improvement and high performance across all shifts.
- Ensure seamless airside service delivery aligned with Emirates’ flight schedule, turnaround priorities and performance targets. Coordinates with the Network Control Centre and airport stakeholders to uphold service standards.
- Track shift performance against SLAs and KPIs, including on-time performance and resource availability. Conducts post-shift reviews and reporting to drive operational efficiency and accountability. Contributes to the operational budget planning and champions cost-efficiency initiatives.
- Act as the main escalation point for EK operational issues in ensuring timely resolution and incident response. Assists in managing disruptions while maintaining accurate reporting and adherence to protocols.
- Conduct inspections to uphold compliance, service standards, and workforce safety. Supports operational adjustments and corrective actions while ensuring alignment with business continuity and security protocols. Reviews and ensures that the BCP (Business Continuity Plan) for T3 and NCC are implemented to protect the operations.
Qualification
To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:
- 10+ years professional experience within airport operations, preferably with a major international airline or ground-handling company, including at least 5 years in airside/ground handling, with managerial responsibility.
You’ll Have An Edge If You Have:
- A full driving license (UAE or equivalent).
- Proven senior management skills and strong stakeholder engagement experience.
- Advance understanding of ground handling procedures and industry regulations. Knowledge of airline SOP’s, IATA Airport Handling Manual (AHM) and the IATA Safety Audit for Ground Operations (ISAGO).
- Proven track record for managing and leading a diverse workforce.

Responsible for delivering high quality ground school instruction in a range of ATPL Theoretical Knowledge subjects to a culturally diverse group of ab-initio pilot cadets at the Emirates Flight Training Academy. All training to be delivered in accordance with GCAA, EASA and Emirates Standards.
In this role, you will:
- Provide ATPL ground school training to ab-initio cadets within a safe, respectful, and multicultural environment.
- Monitor cadet’s proficiency and progress on a regular basis and generate accurate reports of their performance.

- Provide qualitative feedback in the creation or modification of lessons, training materials and instructional models.
- Monitor, support, and assist students throughout the course, both within and out of the classroom.

- Actively support the integration of Ground School and Flight School and interact with the flight school training team to optimize the student experience.
- Teach by example by behaving as an exemplary role model to students, promoting professional and disciplined behaviour.
- Deliver other ground school related training initiatives as directed by the Chief Theoretical Knowledge Instructor (CTKI).
To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:
- Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent)
- 8+ years External Airport Operations
- Subject matter expert in at least 1 ATPL TK subject.
- Relevant airlines flight operations knowledge gained through pilot, flight engineer, dispatch qualification or flight navigator experience.
- Have at least 3 years’ experience as a TKI delivering ATPL TK subjects based on the EASA or UAE GCAA syllabus.
- Have delivered at least 3 different ATPL TK subjects in an approved training organisation (ATO).
- Sound knowledge of regulatory rules and guidelines (EASA or GCAA preferable).
- Self-motivated, with proactive and effective leadership and teamwork skills.
- Ability to deal comfortably with various cultures is vital.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to interact well with trainees MS OFFICE experience.
- Ability to adapt to paperless teaching methods.

The Main Event: What you'll doYou will be working closely with product leaders and designers in teams responsible for the development of our Real Estate Agent Platform and Mortgage Broker Portal using modern, state of the art technologies in an innovative and collaborative environtment.
- Hands-On Engineering: Contribute to the team’s codebase and take ownership of key technical deliverables while leading by example in software development practices.
- Engineering Excellence: Drive best practices in software development, ensuring high standards of code quality and product architecture. Actively participate in technical challenges and lead the implementation of scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Design, and Data teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on product goals and deliverables.
- Senior Engineering Experience: Strong technical background with a passion for building high-quality products and solving complex technical challenges.
- Product-Focused Mindset: Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams to deliver impactful, client-focused products.
- Technical Expertise: Experience with modern development practices, CI/CD, and cloud technologies (AWS preferred).
- Collaborative Attitude: Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster an inclusive, engaging team environment.
