Key Responsibilities- Prepare UK, Abu Dhabi, Spain, Italy, Canada and India payrolls on time.
- Assist with other international payrolls as required.
- Liaise with external payroll providers for speedy resolution of issues.
- Be the first point of contact for employee questions about their pay.
- Ensure accurate payments, reports and returns are made to tax authorities.
- At least 10+ years' experience with in-depth knowledge of UK payroll regulations.
- Demonstrable skills covering end-to-end payroll processing.
- Experience in processing multiple UK and International payrolls in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience of administering outsourced and in-house payrolls.
- Highly skilled in MS Excel and HR systems such as Payrite, Sage People and ADP.
- Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
