The Role Our client is a well established broad based contingency recruitment consultancy that is looking to grow again starting with an experienced Consultant. They have an excellent reputation in the market, and a long list of existing clients with signed terms of business in place. They are properly set up with the correct recruitment and executive search trade license (not an HR Consultancy one) and are renowned for integrity and professionalism in everything they do. The potential for career growth with this company is huge with GM possibilities for the right person but right now they need a consultant who can bring business with them as well as close the existing positions that are available to them from day one. This is an opportunity for someone looking for long term growth who is ready to put in the hard work at the start to help the company grow and exceed its potential. This is not a position for anyone who needs everything in place from day one; more like a person who is ready to help re-establish the brand and benefit long term from their hard work.
Responsibilities- Bring business with them and close existing positions from day one.
- Help re-establish the brand and contribute to growth to exceed potential.
- Support long-term growth and be willing to work hard at the start to help the company achieve its potential.
- You must have at least 3 years recruitment consultant experience in the UAE on the agency side not in house
- You will need to demonstrate competency based interview techniques often face to face rather than online
- You must be a hands on type of person with a can do attitude.
- You will need to prove your ability to manage a busy desk with multiple roles all needing attention at once
- You will need to be adept at conducting face to face client meetings with the ability to negotiate the best terms of business and maximize the number of jobs being offered by each client.
- You will need to prove your business development skills and explain exactly how you find new clients.
- Reputation is everything in recruitment so the new consultant must be a strong cultural fit with the ethos and working practices of our client.
- Initially they are offering commission only remuneration, with a high percentage value of the revenue generated by the consultant.
- Later, a basic salary plus a reduced commission level can be offered as well as full sponsorship, health care etc.
KERSHAW LEONARD "WE CHANGE PEOPLES LIVES" Who we are: Founded in September 1999. The Kershaw Leonard Group was based upon professional recruitment practices laid down by the UK Institute of Employment Consultants whose values are still at the core of our success today. Inherently we believe that recruitment is a people business not a CV processing business and as such we take time and care to make sure we understand the needs of both our Clients and our Candidates. Such attention to the care side of our business together with the sheer length of time we have been established has given us a unique position. We regularly attract top class candidates who only want to work with Kershaw Leonard as they trust our confidentiality and professionalism. Similarly, more than 75% of the clients we work with come back for more when they have a new position to fill. What we do: Kershaw Leonard Group places exceptional talent on a Global scale. Our winning strategy is to partner very closely with a small number of clients so we can really understand their objectives, needs and aspirations in a way that allows us to intuitively know the kind of cultural fit they are looking for when the time comes for them to recruit new talent. Then once that talent is on board and part of the clients team, to assist wherever is needed to improve performance and leadership skills Why Us: The Kershaw Leonard Group is more than just a recruitment agency. In addition to KL Recruitment, KL Consulting offers a vast spectrum of skills from our experienced behavioural psychologist and consultants with almost two decades of HR Director level experience in the region."
