Sr. Project Manager - Engineering
Job Description:This position holds overall responsibility for the financial and technical success of large-scale projects, typically with a total installed cost of less than $500 million. The role involves planning, organizing, coordinating, and controlling domestic and international projects in accordance with company policies, procedures, systems, and requirements.
The Project Manager will maintain day-to-day contact and communication with clients, focusing on client satisfaction. Responsibilities may also include managing and overseeing the performance of two or more smaller projects, supervising project personnel through subordinate leaders, and serving as the proposal manager for major domestic and international project proposals.
The role is independently accountable for a major profit/loss center. Candidates should possess an undergraduate degree in Engineering and have at least 15 years of relevant experience, with an average of over 20 years, including several years at the Project Manager level.

About the Role
As an Undergraduate Civil Engineer, you will collaborate with industry experts, contribute to impactful road design projects, and develop proficiency in essential design software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D. This role is ideal for ambitious students seeking to build a strong foundation for a career in highways and transportation engineering.
Key Learnings
- Scope of work preparation and project design criteria.
- Gain experience in road design alignment, cross-sections, and pavement design.
- Develop 3D modelling and cross-section designs using industry software.
- Support technical report writing and project documentation.
