We are seeking a highly experienced Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Manager with ADNOC approval to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
The HSE Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of health safety and environmental compliance within our oil and gas operations ensuring alignment with ADNOC regulations and standards.
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive health safety and environmental management systems in line with ADNOC requirements.
- Lead and manage a team of HSE professionals providing guidance, support, and training as necessary to ensure a culture of safety excellence.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards, assess risks, and implement appropriate control measures.

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant Engineering or Science discipline from an institution of higher learning authorized to grant academic degrees is required. A minimum of 15-20 years of relevant experience is also required.
Applicants must have one of the following certifications: NEBOSH IGC or Equivalent (subject to approval by ADNOC Group), Lead auditor ISO 45001/ISO 14001 or equivalent, Incident Investigation technique, or additional HSE trainings/certifications.
