The role of Event Operations Associate is a pivotal position within our IMEA Events team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing operational projects, including leading process development for the region, data management, and performance metrics in support of event production.

This role involves close collaboration with the event planning team to understand client needs, identify tools to achieve project goals, and post-event reporting. Key responsibilities include working with event planners to identify business requirements, determining the approach for operational components and event technologies, coordinating venue sourcing, managing meeting website creation and activation, maintaining project pipeline and tracking spend, and developing event templates and best practice materials.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead high-profile events for luxury brand clients.

• Manage the full lifecycle of event projects.
• Oversee project schedule, budget, and resources.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in managing end-to-end event project cycles, especially within the luxury, fashion, or retail sectors.

Requirements include fluency in French and excellent communication in English. Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams is also essential.

The successful candidate will possess a strong sense of aesthetics, brand sensitivity, and attention to detail, as well as a willingness to travel and work flexible hours as per event requirements.

To succeed in this role, you must be able to coordinate travel and logistics arrangements, ensure proper documentation, conduct site visits during pre-production and production phases, and organize and lead pre-installation and technical meetings.

In addition, you will need to evaluate team member performance and provide feedback, create reporting frameworks and dashboards, and maintain and update project checklists.
