• Record maintenance needs based on daily visits to the shops and requests received from Store Services Specialists, and handle the planning, scheduling and daily distribution of tasks in order to ensure timely repair in compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Assist in managing and coordinating all floor operations between the shops and maintenance work.
• Supervise preventive works in order to ensure that it is carried out by the contractors in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Coordinate with the repair contractor for items beyond his or her capability.
• Monitor all security issues (shop door alarm, intrusion and fire alarm) in order to ensure their proper functioning.
• Buy all necessary materials for maintenance works such as brushes, nails and other supplies.

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and electronic issues using diagnostic software, manuals, and technical diagrams.
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance and minimize downtime.
• Carry out necessary repairs, replace worn or faulty components, and conduct testing to verify functionality.
• Provide clear and concise technical support and training to customers on the proper operation, maintenance, and best practices for Karcher products.
• Accurately complete all service reports, including detailed notes of work performed, parts used, labour and travel time, and root cause identification.
• Process all business reporting documentation in a timely and complete manner (e.g., timesheets, repair orders, expense reports).
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with Karcher's quality standards, safety protocols, and manufacturer guidelines.

• 3-5 years of proven experience in a similar role / industry preferably with commercial cleaning equipment
• Experience troubleshooting corded electric, battery, and/or combustion engine-powered equipment.
• Proficient with workshop tools, specialized equipment, and diagnostic instruments (e.g., multimeters, voltmeters).
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
