The Purpose of the Role
The Financial & Performance Reporting Manager is responsible for developing and producing performance and financial reporting for EIA's investments and operations. This function plays a key role in enhancing investment performance reporting, integrating automation and AI-driven tools, and improving transparency in financial disclosures. The role should also oversee financial reporting, ensuring compliance with IFRS, UAE regulatory requirements, and international best practices. The Financial & Performance Reporting Manager will lead financial reporting innovations, ensure alignment with investment analytics, and strengthen data integrity to support strategic decision-making within EIA.
Strategic Responsibilities- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management, enabling proactive decision-making in existing and new individual investments, funds and portfolio optimization.

- Develop and implement advanced reporting strategies to align with EIA's investment objectives and governance frameworks.
