- Diploma level qualification in Microbiology, Food Science, Biotechnology or Life Sciences is a must. University Degree (B.Sc / B.Tech) in Food Hygiene or Food Technology, or Microbiology, is an added advantage
- Minimum 2 years' experience in 5* Hotel Industries, Hospitality industries or food manufacturing industries, or Catering industries in a similar position.
- Experience in a Convention and Exhibition Centre in a similar role is preferred.
