* 7+ years practical complex selling experience in the software industry preferably in Integration, B2B & API technologies.

Preferred technical and professional experience

* The ideal candidate must have strong exposure to the UAE Public Sector, particularly the Federal Government, with deep understanding of customer buying cycles, behaviors, key drivers, trends, and potential obstacles.

What Is The Role
Elastic is looking for a disruptive force in the Public Sector space within Saudi Arabia, someone with a relentless drive to open new doors, challenge the status quo and solve complex customer problems with curiosity and tenacity. You will play a key role in helping to establish a presence in Saudi Arabia as we seek to put "boots on the ground" . This is a great opportunity for those who are passionate about empowering companies through cutting-edge search technology and analytics, enabling them to unlock the full potential of their data.

What Will You Be Doing

  • Expanding Elastic’s presence within key Public Sector departments within the Saudi government, by identifying and unlocking new opportunities.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor, helping customers extract real-world value from their data and accelerate digital transformation.
  • Evangelizing Open Source and championing Elastic’s search-powered solutions across Enterprise Search, Observability, and Security.
  • Uncovering and driving new use cases by working directly with technical teams, developers, and decision-makers.
  • Collaborating across business functions, partners, and communities to create a robust ecosystem that fuels sustained growth.
  • Managing complex sales cycles and delivering predictable and accurate forecasts.
What You Bring
  • A track record of overachievement in Enterprise SaaS sales, with a growth-driven mindset and a proven ability to break into Public Sector accounts within Saudi government.
  • Deep domain knowledge of the challenges and the ability to engage with both technical and executive stakeholders within the Saudi region.
  • Experience selling into Pubic Sector within Saudi Arabia.
  • Passion for Open Source and Elastic’s community-driven approach.
  • Ability to navigate complex procurement processes while maintaining agility and speed in execution.
  • The willingness and ability to relocate to Saudi Arabia once we have opened our office in Riyadh, scheduled for later this year.
