POSITION SUMMARY
Assist and support management and the leadership team with handling and resolving Human Resources issues. Assist employees with internal and external transfer requests and procedures. Monitor and assist managers/supervisors with hiring processes and issues. Coordinate and conduct applicant drug screens reference checks background checks motor vehicle checks and social security number verification. Maintain applicant flow drug screen orientation and transfer request logs. Create and maintain new hire and personnel files and enter them into Human Resources Information Systems. Assist with orientation of new employees. Monitor all hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with all local state and federal laws and company policies and standards. Ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files (e.g. interview documents I-9s). Support processing and maintenance of payroll records in accordance with policies and procedures as necessary. Generate Human Resources data reports as necessary Answer phone calls and record messages. Create and type office correspondence using computer. Serve as Human Resources subject matter expert and participate on project teams. Train new hires on Human Resources processes programs policies information systems etc.
Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Move lift carry push pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Responsibilities
- Process all types of visas including employment visas and residence visas for employees as well as for entertainers.
- Process and renew permits and licenses including hotel trade license, liquor trading license, chamber of commerce certificates of registration, civil defence certificate for the hotel, etc.
- Process and renew entertainers' permits/N.O.C. through Department of Tourism.
- Register and renew all hotel vehicles.
- Obtain permits for special promotions such as raffles, publishing or advertisement displays as required.
- Stay up to date with changes to laws, rules, regulations, forms and procedures and advise the Human Resources Department of such changes.
- Submit relevant documents periodically to immigration/labour offices regarding cancelled/absconding employees and delete them from the hotel's sponsorship list.
- Complete departure and exit formalities for employees after visa cancellation.
- Obtain quarterly sponsorship reports from the immigration/labour office and tally sponsorship, re-submitting with relevant supporting documents.

You should have a diploma or degree in a related discipline with experience in the same role. You must be fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English and be computer literate.

Scope of Responsibilities:
Represent Boeings interests on telecommunications policy and licensing issues before government agencies international and intergovernmental organizations trade and industry associations within the assigned geographic area.
Specifically support Boeings advocacy efforts before the European Conference of Postal and Telecommunications Administrations (CEPT) and the Arab Spectrum Management Group (ASMG) as well as in regional satellite and aviation-related telecommunications and radio frequency spectrum groups.
As needed obtain telecommunications licenses and authorizations in support of Boeing programs products and services.
Establish and maintain close contact with internal engineering and business leaders to understand their regulatory and policy requirements particularly Boeing leadership in Europe the Middle East and North Africa.

External Relationship Management

The person in this position must have sufficient contacts and the ability to develop contacts and relationships in Europe the Middle East and North Africa.
The ability to successfully advocate on behalf of Boeing spectrum initiatives across a range of satellite defense commercial space and aviation projects.
It is critical the candidate can develop and maintain professional relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.
Basic Qualifications Experience:

Senior Government Relations Advisor will lead the development and execution of ExxonMobil's strategy in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
This role focuses on strengthening relationships with government entities, stakeholders, and communities, while ensuring alignment with the company's integrated business strategies and corporate policy goals. Additionally, this role requires a deep understanding of UAE geopolitics, regulatory frameworks, and cultural nuances
The Senior Advisor will oversee community investment and engagement initiatives, draft high-impact reports, and build external networks to support operations and policy advocacy. Additionally, this role provides strategic support to the Lead Country Manager and key ExxonMobil business lines to identify, support and capture new business development opportunities in the UAE.
Based in Abu Dhabi, the role involves interacting with state-owned entities like ADNOC, international partners, and local communities to navigate the UAE's dynamic energy landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, build and leverage relationships for ExxonMobil executives with key stakeholders, including business executives at Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), UAE government bodies (e.g., Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure, Abu Dhabi Department of Energy), local emirate authorities, and industry associations.
