Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will assist with the day-to-day management of IT systems and provide technical support to staff. As a Junior IT Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining network systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of technology within the department.
Responsibilities- Provide First-Level Technical Support
- Act as the initial point of contact for end-users experiencing hardware, software, or network issues.
