They should be passionate about the guest service experience but also have an eye for detail from the money that moves through their hands to the information they provide to guests to the quality of their drinks.

No matter what position you are in, there are a few things that are critical to success: creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, protecting company assets, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring your uniform and personal appearance are professional. Bartenders will be on their feet and moving around (standing, sitting, or walking for an extended period of time) and taking a hands-on approach to their work (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance; reaching overhead and below the knees including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping). Doing all these things well (and other reasonable job duties as requested) is critical for Bartenders to get it right for our guests and our business each and every time.

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.

• Ensure that the bar is fully stocked and all side opening and closing duties are completed
• Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks
• Arrange bottles and glasses to make attractive displays
• Keep the bar area neat and tidy at all times regularly clearing dishes and glassware
• Manage security in the work area and at no time to leave the bar area unless properly relieved by a colleague
• Assist with cleanup mopping floors removal of cans and bottles general cleaning of rails and counters removal of melting ice in bins
• Maintain complete knowledge of al F&B services outlets hotel services/features
• Able to handle cash following established and proper Accounting procedures

Qualifications :

POSITION SUMMARY

Answer guest questions or concerns regarding the origin, vintage, and style of various wines. Check the quality and quantity of all stock and supplies. Requisition all supplies. Perform bottle-for-bottle liquor restock. Communicate last call at designated closing time. Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems. Issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles. Count bank at end of shift, complete designated cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure bank. Obtain change required for expected business level and keep the bank secure at all times. Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas. Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs promptly. Ensure staff is working together as a team.

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Serving as the primary point of contact for the customers and all internal Galaxy offices.
2. Relationship management with customers and developing an understanding of their business needs.
3. Managing the end-to-end process of air export movement, by working closely with the customer and internal stakeholders.
4. Proactively tracking the shipments and notifying the customers whenever required.
