Responsibilities
  • Work with the business and the Health and Life Platforms lead to establish the strategy and organization for the Healthcare IT Platforms, with strong focus to maximize the impact on business
  • Consults with functional unit management and personnel to identify, define and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, and levels of systems access.
  • Coordinate the day-to-day activities of Business Analysts, business teams, testers, developers (as required) and other technical teams to deliver the functionalities
  • Monitor the Healthcare IT Platform stability and make improvements, if necessary
  • Engagement with business and technical teams establishing trust-based relationship
  • Analyzes the issues of the existing systems reported by users, designs and coordinates the solution
  • Analyzes the feasibility of, and prepares requirements for, new systems and enhancements to existing systems; ensures the system design fits the needs of the users.
  • Recommended solutions should be developed in consultation with impacted internal and external stakeholders but should remain objective and independent of the specific stakeholders.
  • Prioritizing the business requirements and functional deliveries to effectively meet the needs of the business areas and the customers
  • Managing the backlog of enhancements and issues with a clear status
