As a key member of our team, the Country HR Responsible will play a pivotal role in ensuring a one-country approach by designing and implementing local processes and policies according to global guidelines.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Country Lead to ensure adherence to local laws and regulations while maintaining an overview of legal cases, costs, and consequences.

The role will involve establishing and implementing local policies aligning with group policies and local legislation, as well as leading deployment and alignment of HR processes across the country.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the HR focal point for manpower deployed across multiple project sites.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases in line with company and legal requirements.
