We are seeking a skilled and courteous individual to join our team as a Bellman. As the first point of contact for guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring their stay is memorable.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting guests with heavy packages, coats, suitcases, and other items in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Adhering to guest check-in and check-out procedures regarding baggage handling.
  • Welcome guests at the main entrance with a warm and welcoming greeting.
  • Assisting arriving and departing guests by opening and closing car and taxi doors.
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy entrance, driveway, and lobby area.

You will also be required to:

  • Guide guests to the Front Desk and wait behind them during the check-in process.
  • Familiarize yourself with the hotel layout and memorize the preferred route for escorting guests.
  • Room guests in accordance with hotel standards.
  • Be familiar with the lift workings and emergency stairs.
  • Provide information to guests about the hotel facilities and services.
  • Learn and utilize names of guests, especially repeat and long-staying guests, and routinely greet them as they pass through the lobby.
  • Help other employees in the department, replacing them temporarily when necessary.
  • Keep the baggage room clean and organized.
  • Prepare and deliver newspapers to guest rooms as assigned by Front Office staff.
  • Use the Duty Log to document matters of importance.
  • Arrange transport with the Airport Concierge and coordinate luggage.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in English language.
