Qualifications:

Associates and Senior Associates are responsible for the day-to-day analytical work and solution-crafting within our team. Throughout your work with us, you will be working closely in tight-knit teams with Alton’s principals to apply commercial expertise and rigorous analysis to solving real-world problems facing aviation industry players. As a Senior Consultant, you will gain firsthand consulting experience in the banking industry, build knowledge across various companies, and apply project management best practices in a dynamic and intellectually stimulating environment.   • Present findings and recommendations to clients via business proposals and presentation decks.
  • Document projects into systems and processes for management review.
