- Inspect the vehicle to derive conclusions about the paint synergy and any accidental or wear-and-tear damage;
- Inspect the vehicle to derive conclusions about any missing, dysfunctional or illegal part or equipment;
- Check preventive maintenance programs;
- Investigate complaints, accidents, auction history and total loss claims;
- Conduct VIN Investigation for previous records in the inspection directory;
- Liaise with the Team Leader in case of critical findings of the investigation or confusion to get a go-ahead;
- Take professional photographs of the car being inspected;
- Take pictures of the error/ findings while conducting the inspection;
- Prepare reports for cars that have been inspected by you;
- Review of the reports through the list of post-inspection checkpoints to conclude report preparation;
- Suggest improvements to vehicles that fail inspection when required.

Role OverviewThe Structural Inspector (Buildings) will be responsible for monitoring, supervising, and inspecting structural construction works on building projects.
