The main function of this role is to ensure the effective installation, maintenance, and repair of systems or equipment at customer locations, maximizing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and electronic issues using diagnostic software, manuals, and technical diagrams.
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance and minimize downtime.
• Carry out necessary repairs, replace worn or faulty components, and conduct testing to verify functionality.
• Provide clear and concise technical support and training to customers on the proper operation, maintenance, and best practices for Karcher products.
• Accurately complete all service reports, including detailed notes of work performed, parts used, labour and travel time, and root cause identification.
• Process all business reporting documentation in a timely and complete manner (e.g., timesheets, repair orders, expense reports).
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with Karcher's quality standards, safety protocols, and manufacturer guidelines.

• Completed a technical degree.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in a similar role / industry preferably with commercial cleaning equipment
• Experience troubleshooting corded electric, battery, and/or combustion engine-powered equipment.
• Proficient with workshop tools, specialized equipment, and diagnostic instruments (e.g., multimeters, voltmeters).
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

SECTION II: KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage all on-site repair, maintenance, and testing tasks to ensure proper documentation of all related processes.
2. Diagnose errors and technical problems and determine proper solutions to produce timely and detailed service reports.
3. Satisfy customer needs by making appropriate recommendations and briefings about usage and preventative maintenance.
4. Call the customer for the visiting appointment time.
5. Attend the customer service calls, diagnose & repair as per the symptoms cure guidelines.
6. Provide basic maintenance care & tips to lengthen the life of customer appliances.
7. Prepare reports in the worksheet and obtain signatures from customers, accomplishment report to be submitted to the Technical supervisor.
8. Prepare cash collection remittance sheet and submit the cash to the supervisor.
9. Assist with delivery & installation, project, and workshop repair when needed.
10. Maintain tools & vehicles issued by the company.
11. Collect and deliver appliances from dealers, showrooms, or customers (if any).
12. Coordinate with the supervisor for any issues arising while on duty to avoid delays in attending service calls.
13. Attend any other tasks given by the supervisor from time to time.
14. Participate in product training provided by the company to enhance knowledge.
15. Comply with MHAO and RTA safety laws while driving the vehicle.
16. Collect service charges/fees from customers and daily handover the collection amount to the technical/service supervisor.

Educational Qualification: Completed high school with Technical Diploma.

Additional Qualification: Certificate in Electronic Repair.

Years of Experience: 5 years' experience in house appliances repair and installation.

High-level ability to test, troubleshoot, service, and repair home appliances. Ability to adapt to dynamic work schedules and flexible shifts. Excellent customer service, communication, and self-management skills. Must have a UAE driver's license.
