In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality installation, maintenance, and service solutions across the marine and offshore industries. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee installation, alignment, and integration of STP/MBR systems on board ships or offshore platforms.
- Supervise or execute commissioning/Installation of vacuum toilets, collection tanks, transfer systems, MBR membranes (CIP cycles, replacement), Vacuum pumps, ejectors, valves, blowers, dosing systems, float switches and operate and manage ensuring leak-free and pressure stability.
- Perform routine testing of MBR permeate quality, membrane integrity, and vacuum pressure levels.
- Ensure systems comply with IMO (International Maritime Organization) and Marine standards.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, operational data sheets, compliance records and detailed service report
- Conduct annual surveys, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services.
- Conduct warranty inspections and support claims with technical findings.
What we are looking for
- Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings, Piping and Instrumentation Diagram, and equipment manuals related to STP, MBR systems, and vacuum collection systems.
- Hands-on experience in field service, maintenance, or technician roles, ideally within marine, offshore, or industrial wastewater treatment systems.
- Clear and effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to interact with ship crew, contractors, and technical teams, and to document service reports.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word (for report writing) and Excel (for data logging, performance tracking, and maintenance records).
- Physically fit and safety-conscious, capable of working in confined spaces, sewage treatment compartments, and at heights or via ladders, in line with marine HSE standards.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively, often under pressure in time-critical service environments (e.g., port calls, dry docks, offshore platforms).
- Willingness to travel extensively across the UAE and internationally, including onboard vessels, offshore facilities, and client sites, sometimes at short notice.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in electrical/ mechanical engineering/ 3-year diploma.
- 2+ years of hands-on field experience in installation or servicing technical systems.

+ Perform FEED, Studies, and detailed design engineering, analysis, and calculations on more complex and demanding engineering tasks
+ Apply knowledge and skills to complete varied assignments
+ Prepare clear and accurate detailed design calculations and analyses including design reports and procedures
