Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee general accounting operations by controlling and verifying our financial transactions. Senior Accountant responsibilities include reconciling account balances and bank statements, maintaining general ledger and preparing month-end close procedures.
Responsibilities- Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
- Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
- Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller, Accounting Supervisor, chief or senior accountant
- Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures
- In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Awareness of business trends
- Familiarity with financial accounting statements

Liaise with Dubai Customs, Free Zone Authorities, and relevant government bodies. • Classify products as per correct HS codes and tariff regulations.
Requirements
• Open to Filipino nationals, Female from 40 years old and below • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Logistics & Supply Chain, International Business, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in import/export operations within the UAE, preferably in Fashion, FMCG, or retail logistics. • Strong knowledge of UAE customs and port procedures (JAFZA, DAFZA, Dubai Customs), import licenses, duty exemptions, and HS code classifications. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and shipment tracking tools; ERP/logistics platforms (SAP, Oracle, WMS) considered an advantage.

This role will be based in the Dubai office and responsible for driving brand growth and market presence across the Middle East and Africa. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who has led local marketing plans or worked in a highly autonomous regional role and is now ready to take the next step in their career. There will be a direct reporting line to the International HQ and regular interaction with Country Managers to identify key growth drivers and influence marketing activity. A clear focus for the role will be to develop tailored trade marketing plans that align with both local market needs and central brand guidelines. The Marketing Specialist will help to inform category management strategies which are tailored to both consumers and retailers, with the goal of increasing market share through insight-driven approaches. In collaboration with the leadership team, this role will be responsible for recommending assortment plans, promotional campaigns, event activations, and merchandising solutions for key accounts. This will include implementing impactful promotional events that include theme definition, offers, and in-store POS tools. In addition, the successful individual will have budget management control, with the expectation to build and monitor local marketing budgets to ensure delivery of plans while maximizing ROI.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates should hold a Bachelors or Master’s degree in marketing and communication, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Consumer Goods/FMCG marketing. A strong understanding of retail and distribution dynamics is essential, along with solid experience managing marketing activities across the UAE and ideally various MEA countries. Fluency in both Arabic and English is required, alongside excellent project management and communication skills.
