As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining par stock levels to ensure efficient department operations. This involves coordinating with operating managers to maintain optimal inventory levels, reviewing inventory par levels to ensure they are maintained appropriately, and supervising monthly stock takes.

You will also oversee the receiving store function and conduct stock audits, prepare regular food and beverage cost reports, and perform food cost reporting checks regularly. Additionally, you will control officer checks allowances, manage control of consignment stock and movements, and perform related duties as assigned.

• Preparing discrepancy and Management Information reports based on findings during daily audits.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Hotel Management, or a related field, as well as at least 2 years of experience in hotel or resort costing. You must also have strong written and oral communication skills in English.

What's On Your Plate?

• Daily monitoring of stock movement, running report of daily inventory adjustment.

• Providing stock reports on Category Level for All Stores.

• Guiding the stores on receiving deliveries, returning PO and some operational issues involving stocks.

• Doing stock take/cycle count for the running stores.

• Invoice Matching together with finance if there are discrepancies.

• Weekly reporting to GM with all total inventory adjustments, including the percentage of shrinkage against sales.

• Spot checking and visiting stores for some investigation with inventory discrepancies.

• Reporting system issues related to store operation activity affecting the stocks.

• Monthly reconciliation with finance.

• Monthly reporting of inventories showing turnovers.
