Requirements
-Minimum 10 years of experience in sales management. -Experience in Citizenship or Residency by Investment industry is a strong plus. -Proven success managing teams in multiple locations. -Excellent communication and client-handling skills. -Strong knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting. -Strategic thinker with the ability to build and lead a team. -Bachelor’s degree preferred. -Must be willing to travel between Nigeria and Dubai. -Must be dependable and able to maintain consistent attendance and performance -Ability to handle work-related travel and extended working hours when required
