Youll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:
- Our Food & Beverage Ultimate Leaders will join us for a minimum of 12 months which can be extended to 18 months where they will do rotations in different areas for a period of 3 to 6 months each.
- During their programme our candidates will have a dedicated mentor from the business to support and guide the start of their career with us.
- Throughout the minimum 12 months period our graduates will take part in key leadership training, learning about leadership styles, feedback, personality types and more – all to support their development with us.
- Connect with our Senior Leadership team through mentorship from the Executive Committee for networking support and guidance to become a legendary leader.
- Partner with our Learning and Development team for regular 121 training and workshops to develop you into a highly skilled leader to lead and motivate teams to deliver the ultimate guest experience.
- Work on specific industry and development projects including a personal focus and business focus project.
- Upon successfully finishing the ULP program you may be given the chance to obtain a permanent full-time position within the department at the same property.

What you'll bring- You are ideally a recent graduate in Hospitality & Tourism (or a related field) with a strong desire to grow and advance in the hospitality industry.
