Functional Roles and Responsibilities
• Review the prevailing business process of the company, identify the areas needing improvement, and

coding and VSS standards.
• Design and execute the test scenarios and test scripts
• Liaise with the business to ensure appropriate user acceptance testing is undertaken. Ensure appropriate
handover is provided for the support team to ensure the smooth and effective functioning of the application.
• Implement and maintain system solutions and organize its integration wherever necessary with existing
systems to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Maintain and monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of all systems under purview including troubleshooting
and first hand technical support to the users. Ensure all user logs are maintained and improvements
suggested in the program if required.
• Conduct periodic quality checks and encourage feedback from business operations to ascertain successful
functioning of business systems. Keep abreast of user issues and highlight key issues to the development
team for requisite enhancements.
• Submit weekly status reports showing progress against outstanding milestones, status, issues, risks and
dependencies

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (Data Centre, Security, Route/Switch) or equivalent
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) – Foundation Course for IT Service Management.
- Knowledge of Data Network technologies and protocols (i.e. routers, switches, network controllers, NFV, BGP, MPLS, QoS, DNS/DHCP).
- Knowledge of Network Security technologies and protocols (i.e. Firewall, IPS, WAF, VPN, IPSEC, DDoS, NAT, 802.1x, SWG, UTM, TLS).
