Human Resources Coordinator
Create and maintain filing systems. Create and type office correspondence using a computer. Distribute and route mail. Order and track Human Resources office supplies and forms. Answer phone calls and record messages. Create new employee personnel files. Assist walk-in candidates with application procedures. Maintain a space designated for completing applications, ensuring it is clean, well-maintained, and accessible to individuals with disabilities. Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies, and guidelines. Inform Human Resources management of issues related to employee relations within the division or property. Maintain confidentiality and security of employee and property records, files, and information. Ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files (e.g., interview documents, I-9s).
Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. • Provide subject matter expertise and contribute to the design, planning and execution of company-wide transformational programs and initiatives and ensure alignment with set plans to achieve objectives to drive performance and positive change across the organization.
• Contribute to the development of the organizational governance framework and advise Senior Management on related matters to enable smooth strategic decision making.
• Oversee the periodic review of the organizational structure in consultation with concerned line managers, to ensure that it reflects the strategic and operational needs of the organization.

We are a fast-growing property management company based in Abu Dhabi, focused on developing and operating high-performance F&B and retail destinations across the UAE. We are seeking a highly organized and experienced HR Lead / Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team and support both administrative and human resources operations.
Role Summary:
The HR Lead / Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR functions, coordinating executive schedules, and ensuring all PRO-related activities are executed efficiently. This dual role requires someone with strong interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources (HR):
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, employee records, policy implementation, and offboarding processes
- Coordinate with external partners and internal teams to ensure timely processing of employment visas, Emirates IDs, labor contracts, and health insurance
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE labor laws and ensure HR compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Support with payroll inputs, leave tracking, and employee benefits administration
- Maintain and update HR systems and files, including organizational charts and performance reviews
Executive Support:
- Provide high-level executive assistance to the leadership team including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and internal communications
- Handle confidential documents and information with integrity and discretion
- Liaise with stakeholders, government bodies, and service providers on behalf of the executive team
PRO Duties:
- Manage all government-related services including visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and attestation of documents
- Represent the company at government departments such as MOHRE, Immigration, DED, and others to process permits and clearances
- Maintain relationships with relevant authorities to ensure smooth processing of company and employee documents
Qualifications and Experience:
- 5–10 years of proven experience in a similar dual role (HR + EA) within a professional company in Abu Dhabi
- In-depth understanding of UAE labor law and HR best practices
- Demonstrated PRO experience with strong familiarity with Abu Dhabi government systems and processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Position Summary:
The HR Director is responsible for leading and managing the Human Resources function across the organization. This role involves strategic planning, organizational development, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance, and HR policy development. The HR Director partners with executive leadership to support the organization’s mission and foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the executive team on key organizational and management issues.
- Lead organizational change initiatives and ensure HR practices support business goals.
- Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Develop and implement talent development strategies including succession planning, career development, and performance management.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages high performance and employee engagement.
- Address employee concerns and grievances in a fair and consistent manner.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Design competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure the integrity of HR systems and data.
- Develop and enforce HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Implement training and development programs to build employee skills and leadership capabilities.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 8–12+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that support organizational goals.
- Professional certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
- Real Estate Experience is a plus .
