The Principal/Associate – Landscape Architect role is a senior leadership role responsible for leading the planning, design, and implementation of innovative and sustainable landscape architecture projects across the Development, Planning and Urban Design studio's portfolio of projects. This individual will oversee multidisciplinary teams, provide strategic guidance to clients, and ensure design excellence across a portfolio of public and private sector projects. The role requires a combination of creative vision, technical expertise, project management, and team leadership.

• Lead the design and delivery of landscape architecture projects from concept through to construction.

• Develop and present masterplans, site planning, public realm designs, and environmental strategies.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence and a variety of project types – in particular with Master Plans at a range of spatial scales.
