• Support school leaders in conducting teacher performance evaluations and head of department appraisals.
• Assist in preparing for inspections and audits.
• Develop strategies to boost parental engagement across the cluster.
• Ensure schools effectively adopt digital tools and platforms.
• Guarantee schools meet compliance requirements regarding teacher recruitment and curriculum.
• Provide support in teacher recruitment through interviews and demo lessons as needed.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts in Arabic language or Islamic Studies or Education/Master of Arts in Education (desired).
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant leadership experience, including head of department, pedagogy coach, or equivalent roles.
• At least 3 years of teaching experience.
• Experience in providing training and coaching support to teams.
• A proven track record of positive impact on Arabic and/or Islamic improvement in a school setting.
• Senior leadership team experience (desired).

Essential Skills:
