We are seeking a senior loan professional to lead our secondary market activities across syndicated and bilateral loans, as well as securitisation facilities.
This role is central to supporting our originate-to-distribute strategy, enhancing transaction returns, and building a strong investor distribution network across regional and global markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Leadership & Market Engagement
- Champion our originate-to-distribute strategy by ensuring efficient and timely loan sales.
- Act as the primary market-facing representative for all secondary loan sales and distribution activities.
- Contribute to enhancing transaction economics through strategic pricing, investor targeting, and market timing.
- Share market views and asset saleability insights with credit officers, participating in deal discussions and meetings alongside originators.
- Distribution & Investor Coverage
- Lead the execution of secondary loan and securitisation trades, ensuring optimal pricing and alignment with balance sheet strategy.
- Distribute and participate via funded and unfunded risk participation structures, supporting credit risk transfer and portfolio optimisation.
- Develop and manage distribution channels to both bank and non-bank investors, including institutional investors and asset managers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with loan investors to maximise trade flow and market access.
- Provide loan market intelligence to product partners, credit teams, and other internal stakeholders.
- Monitor primary syndications and secondary pipelines to identify buy/sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with legal, operations, and risk teams to ensure smooth settlements and regulatory compliance.
- Minimum 8-12 years of experience in loan syndicated, secondary loan sales, securitisation or structured finance.
- Deep understanding of syndicated loans, securitisation structures, secondary market dynamics, and risk participation mechanisms.
- Proven negotiation and execution skills, with a track-record of closing complex transactions.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Established relationships with institutional investors and secondary market participants and experience in the Middle East loan market is highly desirable.

The primary role of the Loan Progression Officer at Mortgage Finder is to coordinate and manage the processing and progression of all loans submitted by the Mortgage Finder advisory team. From application through to successful loan disbursement, the role ensures an efficient, smooth process while maximizing company revenues and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Compliance Checking- Review all mortgage applications submitted by the Mortgage Finder brokers/advisors for compliance.
- Return non-compliant files with clear instructions and requirements for resubmission.
- Finalize preparation of all client files for submission to the bank.
- Accurately input pertinent information into the company's Data Management System and CRM.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for banks and clients after submission.
- Provide timely and periodic status updates to customers, management, and internal staff.
- Ensure updates are properly documented and maintained in the company CRM.
- Manage and coordinate all property valuation documents for Mortgage Finder clients.
- Oversee and coordinate all mandatory life insurance requirements for clients.
- Request and follow up with banks to obtain Offer Letters promptly.
- Forward Offer Letters to clients and arrange for their signing.
- Liaise with relevant real estate brokers and conveyancers to obtain liability letters, NOCs, and any additional requirements after Offer Letter signing.
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting within the CRM.
- Track and ensure adherence to MOU deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data management tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prior experience in mortgage processing or a related field is an advantage.
