- Responsible for maintaining the facility maintenance work flow in an efficient manner while playing a key role in planning and completing a range of planned maintenance work & to actively participate in the setup of new projects.

- Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability of the critical components and reordering as required.
- Manage the preparation and issuance of gate passes and permit-to-work (PTW) systems in compliance with safety and operational protocols, ensuring all necessary documentation, approvals, and records are accurately maintained to support site access control and regulatory compliance.
- Read, interpret, and analyze engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to support accurate troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of building systems and equipment, ensuring alignment with design code specifications and engineering standards.
- Support facility expansion projects, installation of new systems, equipment upgrades and capital improvement projects by providing technical input and overseeing installation activities.
- Ensure full compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements for building and facility equipment maintenance, including adherence to ADOSH (Abu Dhabi Occupational Safety and Health), NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) standards, and Civil Defense regulations, to uphold safety, operational integrity, and regulatory approval.
- Prepares reports, analyzes data and makes recommendations for improving facility and equipment's condition and solving maintenance related problems.
- Tracks, analyzes and improves key maintenance parameters such as asset utilization, maintenance cost, PM compliance, schedule compliance, etc.
- Maintains QMS ISO, safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures and reviews safety records to uphold standards of maximum safety for facility maintenance technicians.
- Reporting the status of facilities, facility equipment's, PM status, etc., on timely basis to department manager.
- Performs other tasks and duties as allocated by a Department Manager or superior.
