- Maintain accurate and up-to-date manufacturing documentation, including process records, test reports, and equipment logs.

- Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, industry standards, and internal quality procedures.

- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with a focus on aerospace, defense, or high-tech industries.
- Strong understanding of satellite AIT processes, manufacturing principles, process development, and quality control.

Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or similar related field or equivalent experience.

Job Description
Core Accountabilities
- Design, develop, and validate tooling, jigs, gauges and fixtures required for high-precision manufacturing of ammunition components.
- Collaborate with production and process teams to ensure proper integration and setup of tooling and equipment.
- Establish technical specifications and requirements for purchased tooling and raw materials, such as cups, primers, propellants, and casings.
- Support machine commissioning and production readiness, ensuring all tooling performs within defined tolerances and capacity goals.
- Maintain and update technical documentation, including tooling designs, specifications, and change records.
- Monitor and assess tooling wear, conducting preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure process reliability.
- Use statistical process control (SPC) techniques to assess tooling performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to pilot batch qualifications and initial process capability studies for tooling and equipment.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions for tooling and process-related nonconformities.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing techniques to optimize tooling design and reduce cycle times.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and CAM tools.
- 5+ years' experience in the related field.
- Knowledge of Tool Design and Engineering
- Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC)
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM Software
- Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis
- Knowledge and understanding of engineering principles
