Test different campaigns Conduct A/B testing of creatives and messaging to optimise performance across audience segments.

Monitor performance of digital campaigns Drive digital acquisitions and reduce cost per acquisition across all attendee groups.

Lead digital marketing activities at events Ensure real-time campaign optimisation, on-site visibility, and audience engagement.

Enhance website traffic, user experience, dwell time, and page views Improve key website metrics using insights derived from analytics tools.

Actively contribute to team discussions. Share innovative ideas to enhance campaign performance, processes, and digital outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

• Degree in marketing, digital marketing, computer science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• 2-3 years of experience in digital campaign execution and tracking.

Job-Specific Skills:

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) certification (or proven hands-on experience).

• Experience with tracking and report insights.

• Set up conversion tracking pixels (Google Ads, Meta Pixel & more).

• Proactive problem-solver: Identifies tracking or campaign gaps before they impact reporting.

• Detail-oriented: Ensures every campaign is working properly and delivery the results.

• Collaborative: Be a team player and create relationships with the marketing teams.

• Adaptable: Thrives in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities (e.g., campaign launches).
